In this case it was from our tenant. Receiving an sms is similar to receiving an email. You need to decide if the message needs to be:

• Linked to a tenancy
• Added to a new case to manage a set of tasks before the message can be considered closed
• Added to an existing case if it is part of an ongoing set of activities
